Leanda Brass

Sound healing is an art in itself

Leanda has always had an interest in natural healing.  She is both an artist and the Founder of Rua Retreat.  She has been working with sound as a healing tool for the past 25 years.  Dealing with various problems on the physical emotional and spiritual plane.  She works with ancient prayer from the oldest cultures known to mankind. Her work also includes the building of large scale sculptures which resonate these healing sounds.  She assesses her client’s needs through consultation and listening to where they feel their problems lie.  Leanda was is part of BAST (The British Institute of Sound Therapists).

Dorothy Langlois

 

Shiatsu and Sophrology Practitioner

 

Dorothy uses the ancient Japanese technique of Shiatsu.   Applying pressure to the body to remove blockages and trapped energy in the meridians and re-establishes the natural flow.  Her work is about the clearing of the unwanted debris that fills our minds and bodies. Coupled with her knowledge of Sophrology she you will leave you with a relaxed body and a calm, but alert mind.  This is a healer full of love and supportive energy. 

 

Dorothy also runs our Kefir making master class.

Dr Serge Lodéon

 

Kundalini shaking, Chinese medicine and Tai Chi

Serge is a doctor in Traditional Chinese Medicine, practicing acupuncture. He teaches Tai Chi and QiGong. He is a master of Kundalini shaking, having studied under Ratu Bagus.  He is has also trained as a Geobiologist and a magnetism healer- removing negative energy from homes , environments and the human body.

 

Serge identifies and alleviates physical and psychological disturbances in your body. His knowledge of magnetism and geobiology allows the body to find it’s natural flow and equilibrium, removing heat and other unwanted energy using the acupuncture.  His work is about re-aligning and re-balancing.

Brenda Li Pak Tong

Dr Brenda Li Pak Tong is a specialist in Family Medicine.  She consults in General Medicine and has additional experience in Diabetes and Preventive Health.  She also consults patients at home, and provides and organises both medical and nursing care, if required.

Dr Brenda Li Pak Tong values the holistic approach in her consultations and considers each person’s physical, mental and social health in the prevention and management of disease.  She also values the importance of a multi-disciplinary team, especially relevant to complex cases within the community.

Dr Brenda Li Pak Tong studied Medicine at the University of Glasgow and completed her training in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine in London. She returned to Mauritius in 2009.  Dr Brenda speaks English, French, and Creole.
